3. partner meeting

The project partners met in Zagreb

With the purpose of systematic project management, the partners held a meeting organised by the Zagreb County as the lead project partner.

On 1 April 2019 the Zagreb County hosted third project meeting, which was attended by the representatives of all the Slovenian and Croatian project partners. 

An overview of all the project activities and partners' obligations during this reporting period of the project (1 February 2019 - 31 July 2019) were presented. Conclusions, arising from the previous reporting period, were highlighted after which instructions and guidelines for continuation of the project implementation were given. 

The partners discussed specific topics related to timeline of the project activities in this reporting period, budget allocated for their implementation and mutual coordination and cooperation essential for efficient implementation. 

The following meeting will be organised in mid July, 2019. Meanwhile the partners will continue to regularly communicate and cooperate via phone and e-mail.
